Off-sweet with bright acidity, lifted citrus and green apple, and a subtle petrol note — a classic hallmark of age-worthy Riesling that adds depth and mineral complexity.

A tri-blend of Gamey, Pinot noir, and Riesling

The Gamey and Pinot noir were removed immediately from the skins upon pressing.  The color was allowed to settle out from old wine-makers techniques.  The resulting blend is a nice bodied white wine with medium sweetness.

• Still Rosé (12.5% ABV): An elegant, off-dry rosé with delicate red berry notes and subtle floral hints, finishing smoothly and refreshingly. A blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Chardonnay. Pairs excellently with charcuterie, cheese dishes, and poultry.

• Sparkling Rosé (11% ABV): This medium-bodied, off-dry sparkling blend of Pinot Noir and Siegerrebe offers notes of berries and floral aromas. Perfect for appetizers, salads, and white meat entrées.
