For couples planning a fuller wedding weekend, limited on-site guest accommodation is available in a scenic vineyard setting just steps from the celebration.
These sites provide a relaxed and convenient way for guests travelling with self-contained campers or RVs to remain on the property throughout the wedding weekend.

Having a small number of guests stay on site allows couples to extend their celebration, enjoy more time together, and create a true vineyard weekend experience.
This option is especially helpful for bridal party members, close family, and out-of-town guests who prefer to remain near the venue.
Because availability is limited, early discussion is recommended when planning guest accommodations.

Frequently Asked Questions
A few helpful details to make planning at Mountain Soul feel clear, simple, and straightforward.
A $500 hold fee will reserve your preferred date for 14 days while contracts are reviewed. If the agreement is completed within that time, the fee is applied toward your booking. If not, the date is released.
Catering is included only in the All-Inclusive Wedding package. Our Classic and Intimate packages include catering preparation space, but catering is arranged separately.
Bar service infrastructure is included where noted, but alcohol and beverage costs are arranged separately unless specifically outlined in your package. Mountain Soul wine is the exclusive wine served on the property.
No. Photography, videography, and officiant services are arranged separately unless specifically listed in your agreement.
Yes. Couples are responsible for arranging wedding or event insurance prior to their event.
Yes. We offer five private vineyard guest sites for self-contained campers or RVs. Together, the sites can accommodate approximately 8 to 10 units, depending on size and arrangement.
Yes. All guests attending the event, including children, are included in the overall guest count.
Yes. Outside vendors are welcome unless otherwise noted. We are also happy to share preferred vendor recommendations.

All bookings include exclusive use of our vineyard event space, access to ceremony and reception areas, on-site parking, flushable washrooms, and use of our event furniture (farm tables, chairs, and select vintage pieces). Wedding bookings also include coordination support leading up to and during your event.

Our venue is well suited for:
50–100 guests for seated receptions or casual gatherings
Up to 150 guests for ceremony-style seating

Yes. All wine service at the venue features exclusive Mountain Soul wines, which allows us to ensure quality, consistency, and proper licensing. Beer, cider, and non-alcoholic options can be discussed as part of bar service planning.

Yes. Our event tent is available for both weddings and private events and is included as part of our wedding packages. For private events, the tent can be booked either as a Hosted Event or as an Event Tent–Only Rental, depending on your needs.

A Hosted Event includes use of the event tent with wine service provided by Mountain Soul, and you pay only for the food and wine purchased on-site (minimum spend applies).
An Event Tent–Only Rental is a space rental where you manage your own food and beverage, with optional bar service available as an add-on. -
Yes. You’re welcome to bring in your own food or caterer to wedding venue and event rentals. We also offer charcuterie and light grazing options for hosted events and smaller gatherings. All outside catering must follow provincial health regulations.

Yes. We offer professional bar service for weddings and events, including licensed bartenders, glassware, ice, and bar setup. Bar service can be added to event tent–only rentals and is included as part of hosted event planning.
