Wedding Bar Services & Pricing


Our wedding bar service is designed to be seamless, flexible, and stress-free—so you can focus on celebrating while we handle the details. All bar packages include professional bartenders, full bar setup, glassware, and service coordination.

As part of our venue experience, Mountain Soul Wines are exclusively sold and served at all weddings allowing your guests to enjoy locally crafted Kootenay wines in the place they are grown and made.

Bar Service Packages

$500 — After-Dinner Service (4 hours) Service begins after dinner (approx. 7:30 PM) and continues through last call.

$700 — Dinner + Evening Service (Most Popular) Bar service begins during dinner and continues through dancing.

$900 — All-Day Service Begins after the ceremony and includes cocktail hour, dinner, and evening service.

Alcohol Options (Other than wine)

We Supply/We purchase, serve, and manage spirits, beer, and non-wine beverages. You are billed only for what is consumed; unopened bottles are returned.

Bar Style Choice

  1. Open Bar: Hosted entirely by the couple (guests pay nothing)

  2. Cash Bar: Guests purchase their own drinks

  3. Cost-Recovery Bar: Guest contributions (e.g., a toonie per drink) are returned to the couple, helping offset alcohol costs without a commercial feel

Choose a Hosted Event if you’d like an easy, welcoming vineyard experience with the event tent and wine service included, and costs based only on what you and your guests enjoy during the event.

Choose an Event Tent–Only Rental if you prefer to rent the space and manage your event independently, with the option to add bar service or food as needed.

Event Tent–Only Rentals

For hosts who prefer full flexibility, our event tent–only rental provides access to the space and amenities while allowing you to plan your event independently.

Well suited for: Private events seeking a scenic venue with self-directed planning

Duration: up to 5 hours (extensions available)

Includes: Use of the event tent, vineyard setting, on-site parking, flushable washrooms, farm tables, chairs, and select vintage furniture

Wine service: Included, featuring Mountain Soul wines

Bar service: Optional add-on, tailored to the scale of your event

Food options: Charcuterie or light grazing available; outside food welcome

Hosting & coordination: On-site support during your event

Pricing structure: Guests pay only for the wine and food purchased on-site

Availability: Midweek and select event evenings, subject to the wedding calendar

In place of a rental fee, a $700 minimum spend on food and wine applies.

Elevated Vineyard Charcuterie

An expanded selection featuring additional cheeses and premium cured meats, enhanced accompaniments, and a more abundant presentation — well suited for weddings and special occasions.

Boards are served on large shared platters and priced per guest. Charcuterie offerings are designed for grazing and pairing with wine and are not a substitute for a full catered meal.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • All bookings include exclusive use of our vineyard event space, access to ceremony and reception areas, on-site parking, flushable washrooms, and use of our event furniture (farm tables, chairs, and select vintage pieces). Wedding bookings also include coordination support leading up to and during your event.

  • Our venue is well suited for:

    • 50–100 guests for seated receptions or casual gatherings

    • Up to 150 guests for ceremony-style seating
      Capacity may vary depending on layout and event style.

    • 25% deposit due at contract signing (non-refundable)

    • Remaining balance due 90 days before the event

    • $1,000 refundable security deposit (returned after inspection)

    • All payments made are non-refundable

    • If we can rebook your date, we will refund all but a $100 cancellation fee

    • Yes, a $2M liability insurance policy (including host liquor liability) is required

    • Must be submitted 30 days before the wedding

  • Yes. All wine service at the venue features exclusive Mountain Soul wines, which allows us to ensure quality, consistency, and proper licensing. Beer, cider, and non-alcoholic options can be discussed as part of bar service planning.

    • Music lowered at 11:00 PM, stopped at 11:30 PM

    • Venue closes at midnight

  • Yes. Our event tent is available for both weddings and private events and is included as part of our wedding packages. For private events, the tent can be booked either as a Hosted Event or as an Event Tent–Only Rental, depending on your needs.

  • A Hosted Event includes use of the event tent with wine service provided by Mountain Soul, and you pay only for the food and wine purchased on-site (minimum spend applies).
    An Event Tent–Only Rental is a space rental where you manage your own food and beverage, with optional bar service available as an add-on.

  • Yes. You’re welcome to bring in your own food or caterer to wedding venue and event rentals. We also offer charcuterie and light grazing options for hosted events and smaller gatherings. All outside catering must follow provincial health regulations.

  • Yes. We offer professional bar service for weddings and events, including licensed bartenders, glassware, ice, and bar setup. Bar service can be added to event tent–only rentals and is included as part of hosted event planning.

  • Mountain Soul hosts weddings and events seasonally from May through October, weather permitting.
